    We are different the following way, we rent your property, WE PAY YOU THE RENT, WE GUARANTEE THE RENT even if your property would be empty we still pay you the full rent.

    Our clientele are overseas professionals relocating to Australia, University & College students. Our clientele is 90% from Europe from Germany, Italy, UK, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Spain etc.

    We are also accommodating many overseas professionals who work for some of the major banks like Westpac, St. George, we also accommodate some of the employees of the General Consulate of SriLanka etc.

    The main benefits to work with us:

    1. with a conventional tenancy a tenant is signing a 6-12 month lease with a possible extension, with our company we happy to sing a 3-5 years lease, so for a VERY LONG TERM TENANCY, so you have a peace of mind that your property will not have ANY DOWN period and THE RENT IS ALWAYS COMING IN on time every time.

    2. with a conventional tenancy the property is inspected once every 6-12 month with us we inspect the property EVERY WEEK in 95% of the case or latest every fortnight to check cleanliness, maintenance. We have a strict cleaning schedule with a 56 point tick box system what all the tenants need to follow and sing off on it and we only sing off when the property is UP TO STANDARD. Sometimes we inspect the property more then once a week as when we are around we always pop in to check. So the property is inspected and looked after the best possible way, we care the most as we are here for the long time and we would like your property to look the best at all time as it is a mutual interest, nobody would look after, take care of your property so well like our agency.

    3. Minor maintenance looked after by our agency, we will not contact you to fix minor issues at the property we fix them and just notify you that is has been done. Again a peace of mind and you can enjoy the rent coming in.

    4. with conventional tenancy there might be periods where the property is empty with no income for a period (week(s)) while the old tenant moved out and the new tenant moves in. Cleaning charges, fixing etc. With us NO DOWN PERIOD, WE GUARANTEE THE RENT even if the property would be empty, THE RENT IS PAID ON TIME, EVERY TIME.
